 12-24 participants, 12 sessions  $1200

Join us for 12 weeks as our White bodies journey together in becoming more Self-led and confident Advocates and Allies for the Global Majority.

What you receive: 36 hours of Bi-weekly Informative Discussions, Demos, Consultations, Experientials, and Homework to continue your growth, PLUS 1 hour in-between session meet-ups with individuals from the group for continued connection and processing.

*Prerequisite: Completion of IFS Level 1, Stepping Stones or Self Capacities Large Group meets every other Wednesday 9am-12pmCST on Zoom Sept 11, 2024-Feb 26, 2025 Pairs meet in-between Large Group meetings for 1 hour on your schedule

Welcome to your internal system. All parts are welcome.  If you are interested in changing the retributive nature of our society, the work begins with Self. There is a capital "S" Self in everyone that is Calm, Connected, Compassionate, Creative, Clear, Curious, Confident and Courageous.  When we have access to Self, we can lead from self. And when we can lead from Self, human systems, internal and external, begin to harmonize and develop their natural potential. This group  will model how to clear the path internally to make more room for Self to lead when working the model with others. Groups are from 12-18 practitioners who are L1 IFS trained or equivalent. Groups are 12 sessions twice a month on Friday mornings.  Next group starting in September 2025.
